I can't sleep

  • Reserve your bed for sleep—not eating, doing homework, or browsing the internet
  • Avoid long naps during the day
  • Avoid alcohol and caffeine 4-6 hours before bedtime
  • Avoid heavy, spicy, sugary foods 4-6 hours before bedtime
